Pankaj Joon from the Indian state of Haryana was elected Rubaru Mr India Landscapes International 2019 at the recently concluded Rubaru Mr India 2019 pageant. This was the sixteenth edition of the pageant. The event took place on April 30, 2019 at Sea Princess hotel in the city of dreams, Mumbai. Winning the title at the tender of 19, Pankaj is the youngest Mr India winner in the history of Indian pageantry. Apart from winning the prestigious title, he also won special award for Mr Perfect Body. The event was organized by Rubaru Group. Pankaj will now represent India at the upcoming edition of international modelling competition, Mister Landscapes International to take place in China.
Mister Landscapes International is an annual international modelling competition based in the People’s Republic of China. The said international pageant is owned by pageant expert and chairperson of Charm Press, Adam Lee. He is also the founder and owner of Mister China, Miss China and Miss Landscapes International pageant. The motto of Mister Landscapes International pageant is “the power of men”. Mister Landscapes International is the first and only international modelling competition for men based in China.
Pankaj belongs to the city of Bahadurgarh in Haryana. He is a student of humanities and social sciences at the prestigious Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. He is a model by profession. This very charming Indian gentleman stands 6 feet tall and has dark brown hair and black eyes. He was one of the crowd favourite candidates for the title. At the Mr India pageant, Pankaj got noticed for his very magnificent facial features, charming looks and Greek-God like physique. His conventional Indian looks and very naive yet chivalrous personality made him stand out from the rest. The Rubaru Mr India pageant is often cited as the ‘goldmine of handsome faces’ in India for producing exceptionally good looking and handsome titleholders and this very dashing hombre does full justice to that phrase.
This year 38 candidates competed at the Rubaru Mr India pageant. At the pageant, the candidates were judged on various parameters like confidence, personality, looks, fitness, nature, communication skills, on and off stage presentation, on and off camera presentation, runway skills and many more. The candidates took part in different segments of the pageant that included individual interviews, formal wear round, ethnic wear round and health and fitness round. The final judgement was made taking under consideration the performances of the candidates during all these preliminary events and the overall performance of each candidate during and prior to the finale.
