Min Luck Yar bested 21 other contestants and was named Mister Global Teen Myanmar 2016 during the finals held on 20th September 2016 at Skystar Hotel in Yangon Myanmar. Aside of winning the title, he also bagged the Best in Talent and Mr. Queen Clinic 2016 awards.
Min Luck Yar succeeds Htet Oo Htut, Mister Global Teen Myanmar 2015. He will now represent Myanmar at the 2nd edition of Mister Global Teen 2016 pageant to be held from 16th-21st October in Bangkok, Thailand hoping to get crowned by the reigning Mister Global 2015 Daham Dias from Sri Lanka.
Min Luck Yar is 19 years old and stands 5’8 1/2″-tall. He studied at NUAC Painting (YGN). He hopes to get a lot of opportunities from this competition specially after winning the national title.
The MISTER GLOBAL TEEN is an affiliated pageant of the Mister Global Limited. It is open to all young men between the ages of 14 and 19 ,that aims to “promote creative accomplishment, healthy living and community involvement for global teens.”
This year the pageant will take place in two countries. Some of the activities will be in Yangon, Myanmar and finals will be held in Bangkok, Thailand. Winner will succeed Daham Dias from Sri Lanka who was crowned Mister Global Teen 2015.
