Sandeep Pohkrel is Nepal‘s bet for Man of the Year 2016. The pageant is currently taking place in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. Finals will be on 20th August 2016.
The 22-year-old originally from Gorkha, Sandeep is currently based in Kathmandu, the capital and largest municipality of Nepal. This 5’11″-tall is a student of Bachelors of Business Administration at Apollo International College, Baneshwor. Winner of Mister Nepal 2015 and also a holder of subtitles such as Mr. Personality, Mr. Handsome and Mr. Physique. He has completed his acting course from Theater Village, Lazimpat assisted by great teachers such as Bimal Subedi, Anup Baral and Sunil Pokhrel. Theater Village is a joint venture with Actors Studio. He has also performed and gained experience with street, theater and international dramas. He has also participated playing one of the main character in Nepali version of English drama ‘Hamlet’ by William Shakespeare. He has received an opportunity to perform ‘Hamlet’ in London, UK. Besides that he has done short movies, advertisements, paper and magazine modeling and also few of the fashions shows as the show stopper.
