20-year-old Issa Janda represented Albay province won the Man of the Year Philippines title at the recently concluded Misters of Filipinas 2016 held on 18th September 2016 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila. He will now represent the Philippines at the 2nd edition of Man of the Year 2017 in Indonesia, vying for a back to back victory after Philippines’ Karan Singhdole won the title last August 2016. During the final gala, Issa Janda also bagged the Best in Formal Wear and David Salon awards.
This 6’1″-tall Criminology student is a superman deadringer. Like fictional hero Superman – he works for the benefit of humanity thru his advocacy of helping Out of School Youth.
